It has only 119K miles. It has real time AWD with intelligent control system and runs absolutely perfect in every way. As most of our Honda buyers know, these run forever and this one is no exception. The CarFax revealed it's only had two owners. We have inspected and driven the vehicle and it's safe and reliable in every way. At Brakeman Motors we go the extra step so you don't have to worry about surprises. The original window sticker was even retained as this one was well taken care of and it's obvious. With the rising fuel costs, this one is definitely easy on mpg rated at 24-36mpg. The 2.4L engine is more than enough power to get things moving in this CRV. It's pick-up is right on point. We found upon our extensive test drive and inspection that it needed nothing. The automatic transmission was following suit in the same manner, needing nothing and shifting right on point. The powertrain is leaking nothing of any kind and it is all functioning perfectly. The suspension, brakes, wheels and tires are all in very good condition. The tires are knee deep in rubber all around. The rear disc brakes were completely serviced last month and the fronts were recently done inside this year. The test drive revealed the suspension is very tight with zero surprises or funny noises. The alloy wheels are all in great shape, free of any corrosion or damage. The body color is in what Honda calls it "Opal Sage" metallic or light green and still holding up very well. The luster is still shining like new and only has some very minor blemishes from daily use here and there, but barely noticeable, see photos. The glass is also is great shape of any fractures, scratches but has one very small chip so we'll mention it. The options are plentiful and the interior is in very nice shape. The seats are wrapped in beige leather throughout. They are free of any stains, rips, tears or excessive wear. The front seats are heated as well. The options include; - Back up camera, Power moonroof, power windows, locks, mirrors, remote entry, 10-way power seat, - 7 speaker audio w/ subwoofer, AUX capable, USB port, 12-volt pwr outlet steering wheel controls, cruise, - Bluetooth, hands free calling, and quick release rear seats. - The dual-zoned heat and a/c are both in perfect working w/o any problems. This vehicle also comes with a full-sized spare tire and all the tools for an unexpected emergency. This vehicle is a pleasure to drive and at an affordable price point. It's turn-key and very reliable. It's a smoke and pet free vehicle, so no funny odors. We just had this Honda CRV-EX-L AWD professionally detailed inside and out. We have it stored inside our climate controlled, well lit building at our facility. We are licensed by the State of Ohio and we'll take care of all the paperwork for you and issue a temporary tag if needed. We don't have the overhead of a major dealer, so the savings is reflective.
