We just acquired this beautiful 2012 Lincoln MKS AWD with a 3.7L Duratec w/VCT engine and a 6spd selectshift automatic transmission with manual-shift control and paddle shifters. It has 101K miles and our CarFax revealed it's been well taken care of and serviced at the dealer since new. There has only been two owner and first a leased vehicle. These Lincoln's are laid out and boast a 50K cost when new in 2012. This vehicle has the optional AWD system which is a major asset come winter. It's rust free and very clean.

The powerful 3.7L V6 generates 273HP and it's more than enough power to get things more in a hurry. The engine runs perfectly without any issues. The transmission shifts perfectly as well and problem free. We have inspected this vehicle and found no leaks anywhere.

The body is painted in what Lincoln calls, "Tuxedo Black Metallic". It's color is best described as black with a vibrant colorful metallic. Our inspection revealed there is no rust and no accident damage. We can't even find a door ding it's that nice. The luster is still shining brilliantly as it's been well taken care and most likely garaged since new.

The suspension and undercarriage is very solid and in need of nothing. It's a turn key vehicle with no immediate need for any maintenance. We have driven the vehicle and found no funny noises or deviations from nothing more than perfect. The brakes are discs at all four corners and slows the vehicle just as you would expect. The tires are in great shape still with nice tread for the winter months coming. The AWD system is in perfect working order without any problems. The optional 20" polished aluminum wheels are really nice except for some slight checking but not too noticeable, see photos.

The interior is complete with black leather throughout and nothing short of luxurious with it's wood trim package. The seats are in great shape free of rips, tears, or stains. The options on this Lincoln set it apart from other vehicles in it's class to included;

We have tested all features to include the heat and a/c and everything is working as it should. We don't have the original owners manual or books but they can be obtained via eBay or another online source but we wanted to let you know. We also don't have the keyless entry door code because the books didn't come with the vehicle but can be obtained from the dealer upon ownership.

This vehicle is a pleasure to drive and at an affordable price point for an AWD vehicle. It's a smoke and pet free vehicle, so no funny odors.

We just had this Lincoln MKS AWD professionally detailed inside and out. We have it stored inside our climate controlled, well lit facility.

We are licensed by the State of Ohio and we do take care of all the paperwork for you and issue a 45day temporary tag if needed. We don't have the overhead of a major dealer, so the savings is reflective.
